Getting Started
1. How can I sign up?
Click the "Start for Free" button on the homepage. You can register with your email and password, or log in quickly using your Google account. Registration is completely free.
2. How do I complete my first survey?
After logging in, you will see available surveys on the Dashboard. Click on a survey, answer the questions, and press the "Complete" button. Your earnings will be added to your account automatically.
3. How do I update my profile information?
From the profile menu in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard, click "Profile". Here you can update your name, surname, phone number, and other details.
Payments
1. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Once your balance reaches this amount, you can request a withdrawal.
2. Which payment methods are available?
You can receive payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). You can choose the payment method during the withdrawal request.
3. How long does it take to receive my payment?
Once your withdrawal request is approved, you will receive your payment within 1-5 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
4. Is there any withdrawal fee?
No, we do not charge any withdrawal fees. You receive the full amount you earned.
Surveys
1. How many surveys can I complete per day?
You can complete up to 6 surveys per day. The limit resets at midnight, and you can receive new surveys the next day.
2. How much can I earn per survey?
Earnings per survey typically range from $1 to $5. The reward amount is shown at the beginning of each survey. Longer and more detailed surveys pay higher rewards.
3. How long does a survey take?
Most surveys take 2–5 minutes to complete. Some special surveys may take up to 10 minutes but offer higher payouts.
4. What happens if I leave a survey halfway?
If you exit a survey before completing it, you will not earn any reward. However, your answers are saved and you can resume later (within 24 hours).
Account Management
1. How can I change my password?
Go to the Profile page and click "Change Password". Enter your current password and set your new one.
2. How can I delete my account?
Contact our support team to request account deletion. If you have pending withdrawals, we recommend withdrawing your balance first.
3. Can I change my email address?
For security reasons, email changes must be requested through our support team. After identity verification, the change will be completed.
Security
1. Is my information secure?
Yes, all your data is encrypted with SSL and stored on secure servers. We fully comply with data protection laws and never share your information with third parties.
2. What should I do if my account gets hacked?
Contact our support team immediately. We will temporarily freeze your account and conduct a security review.
3. Do you offer two-factor authentication?
We are currently working on this feature. We will soon add 2FA to further enhance account security.
